Very expressive, dominated by floral, elderflower and boxwood notes, with a touch of citrus and exotic fruit.
The palate
The attack is fresh, slightly tart and crisp, giving way to volume on the palate and a pleasing fruitiness.

Cretaceous clay-limestone soil to the north and east (clay on chalky tuffeau stone), and Jurassic terroirs to the south and west
